What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than to cover us.

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. It sets no cookies at all for visitors. The only information we receive is what you type into the contact form and send us.

That message is emailed to info@protonyte.com and a copy is kept on this server so an enquiry is not lost if the email fails. We keep the most recent couple of hundred enquiries and older ones fall off automatically.
Nobody, for the page itself. Everything a page needs - the typefaces, the pictures, the code - comes from this server. Your browser does not contact Google, a content network, an analytics service or an advertising network to display anything here, so none of them learn that you visited. That is a deliberate choice and it is one you can check: open the network tab in your browser and every request will be to protonyte.com.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs - which addresses requested which pages, and when - as every web host does.
If you tap the WhatsApp button you leave this site and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. We do not build a profile of you across sites, because we have nothing that could.
Anything we see while testing your systems is separate from this website and is governed by the agreement and the non-disclosure agreement we sign with you before the work starts. Evidence gathered during a test is handed over to you and removed from our systems once the engagement closes.
Email info@protonyte.com and ask. We will remove your enquiry from the server and from our inbox, and tell you when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
If this changes we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.
An assistant, not a person, so check anything important with us. Please do not type passwords or card numbers here. Messages are kept so we can answer you better.
